Please allow an extra 10 days for delivery throughout January and February 2010. Exchange or refunds, minus shipping and/or handling fees will be given for faulty goods within 14 days.
*You must contact us within 14 days if you cannot return the item within that time.
*We do not refund if you simply change your mind.

*All care is taken when packaging fragile items but once they have left our possession refunds will not be given for any damage caused in transit.
*Registered post or courier is recommended for fragile items. Please call 02 48772554 between 11am and 3pm for a quote.
*Occassionally an item may be out of stock, in such cases the order will be sent as soon as it is complete or a suitable substitute will be sent instead. *If a delay is longer than expected we will contact you to arrange a product substitution,refund or credit.
