We usually ship within 48 hours but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Exchange or refunds, minus shipping and/or handling fees will be given for faulty goods within 14 days.
*You must contact us within 14 days if you cannot return the item within that time.
*We do not refund if you simply change your mind.
*We do not Refund or exchange edible items due to health and hygine reasons.
*All care is taken when packaging fragile items but once they have left our possession refunds will not be given for any damage caused in transit.

*Occassionally an item may be out of stock, in such cases the order will be sent as soon as it is complete or a suitable substitute will be sent instead. *If a delay is longer than expected we will contact you to arrange a product substitution,refund or credit.
These terms and conditions relate only to goods purchased directly through this website and not to custom orders and phone orders. Although refunds do not apply to custom orders as re-booking is often not possible, transfer of dates is possible at the discretion of staff.
