All our cakes are baked fresh using premium quality ingredients, they are made within a day or two of your event and covered to seal in freshness. If you wish to bring me a fruit cake to cover for your event, prior arrangement is needed and the cake must be baked to specific requirements to achieve the best possible result. please note this does not always greatly reduce the price.
